At P&A, we are always up for a challenge! This year, we are gearing up for the Adidas Manchester Marathon, on April 14th. But we're not stopping there. In March (as a warm up😊), we'll be taking on the Chester 10k. It's going to be an incredible journey of endurance and determination. I've personally been running marathons for several years now, mainly with my P&A colleagues. It's been great to see so many of us pushing ourselves to the limit and having a bit of fun along the way.

But we're not just doing this for ourselves. We're doing it to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. That's why we've chosen to fundraise for North East Wales Mind, a charity that provides vital support to people in Flintshire and Wrexham who are struggling with mental health problems.

North East Wales Mind is facing tough times due to funding cuts from the Welsh Government. Now more than ever, they need our help to continue their important work. They offer a range of services including information and advice, social groups, peer support, counselling, training, holistic therapies, and activities like creative arts and walking.

Did you know that every year, 1 in 4 people experience stress, anxiety, depression or another type of mental distress? That means over 59,000 people in Flintshire and Wrexham alone could be affected this year. We can't stand by and let them suffer in silence.

That's why we're reaching out to you today. We need your support to reach our fundraising goal of £10,000. Your contribution will go directly towards helping North East Wales Mind provide essential services to those who need it most.
