Following my wife’s Addison’s Disease diagnosis in 2021 I’ve seen the support the Addisons Disease Self Help Group offers and the promotion it does to increase the awareness of this relatively rare condition. In April 2026, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for this special cause.
