I am raising money for Christians Against Poverty (CAP), the charity I work for.

CAP is a UK-based Christian charity founded in 1996 that specializes in providing free debt counseling, job clubs, life skills groups, and money coaching workshops to help individuals overcome financial difficulties and poverty. Over the last 30 years we have seen tens of thousands of people escaping the grip of poverty and finding financial freedom.

I am combining fundraising for a good cause along with a passion for bikes and cycling and a long held desire to complete the Land's End to John O'Groats (LEJOG) adventure. Turning 60 this year and having suffered a stroke 13 years ago, I believe now is the time to test my endurance on this challenge. I feel both excited and daunted! We will cover 1000miles in 14 days.
