Story
On 13th September, I’ll be taking part in Yellow Yogis, raising money for Beatson Cancer Charity — an organisation that supports people and families across Scotland at some of the most challenging times of their lives.
Like many of us, I’ve seen the impact cancer can have — not just on individuals, but on the people around them. Beatson provides vital care, comfort, and support that goes far beyond medical treatment, helping people feel human, supported, and less alone during incredibly difficult moments.
Yellow Yogis brings together two things I care deeply about: community and wellbeing. Yoga is about connection, resilience, and taking time to look after both body and mind — values that align so closely with the work Beatson does every day.
By taking part in this event, I’m hoping to raise funds that will directly support Beatson’s incredible work, helping them continue to provide practical, emotional, and financial support to those who need it most.
Any donation — big or small — truly makes a difference. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, for your support, and for helping me play a small part in supporting such an important cause.
