I'm running the Bournemouth Half Marathon 2025 to raise money for an amazing charity.

Therapy Dogs Nationwide is a volunteer-run, national charity in the UK that provides emotional support and comfort through visits with temperament-tested dogs to various settings, including hospitals, care homes, schools, and secure units. The organization, founded in 2016 by experienced volunteers, matches trained dogs and handlers to people who can benefit from the calm, friendly presence of a therapy animal to ease anxiety, boost confidence, and offer companionship.

This is a charity that is close to my heart; I have seen first hand the incredible impact visits from these wonderful dogs can have. Therapy dogs help so many people in so many different situations, and anything you could spare would be a massive help in keeping this amazing service going.
