On the 2nd May 2024 our lives were changed in an instant when my nephew, Josh Baker, aka 'small face', passed away suddenly. Josh chased his dream and, after lots of hard work and dedication, became a professional cricketer with Worcester. Cricket gave him so much in his his incredible life and to honour his memory my amazing sister and brother-in-law have set up the JB33 foundation to help other young cricketers chase their dreams. To support this incredible foundation, my wife kindly signed me (and her) up for a Half Iron Man (how thoughtful!). Josh would always challenge me when it came to any sporting achievement which was fine until he became a professional sportsman and I couldn't keep up. I'm sure he'll be laughing his ass off at this challenge though.
