This year marks 30 years of the Sherwood Forest Trust 🌳 Three decades of caring for Sherwood’s landscapes, wildlife and heritage, and a key moment to grow that work for the future.

Sherwood is a living landscape of ancient woodland and rare heathland. With your support, we can plant, protect and care for over 20,000 trees, restore vital habitats, and help this special place thrive for generations to come.

To mark our 30th anniversary, we’ve launched the “30 Miles for 30 Years” campaign with a shared target of £330,000. Every mile completed, every fundraiser joined, and every donation helps us get there.

Funds will support tree planting and aftercare, habitat restoration, biodiversity work, and community projects that connect people with nature and inspire care for Sherwood.
