Well, I've finally done it! I've been thinking about this for a few years and after a tough year last year, now seems like the perfect opportunity.

This September I've set myself a new challenge- not baking related (although I might be doing an additional fundraiser for that)!! I'll be jumping 15,000ft out of a plane as another fundraiser for Ashgate Hospice in memory of my brother Paul who passed away in Ashgate in 2018. Can I just say that if roles were reversed, he wouldn't be doing this for me!!! He absolutely hated heights😩😂.

Ashgate currently don't get enough funding from the government and only have enough to open 15 out of their 21 beds. This is truly heartbreaking and as someone who knows how essential this is to someone, I'll do my very best to raise a bit of extra cash where I can.
