Following my lovely Friend Mary's recent diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer, we wanted to do something positive to give back. The care and treatment she received have shown us just how important access to the latest radiotherapy technology can be for patients and their families.

We are raising money for the East Kent Cancer Radiotherapy Treatment Appeal to help fund a Surface Guided Radiotherapy machine, which will improve treatment for breast cancer patients across our local area.

To support this cause, we are hosting a summer fundraising event with friends, family, and neighbours. Alongside refreshments and a raffle featuring generous prizes donated by local businesses, our goal is to raise awareness and vital funds for this important appeal.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help bring this life-changing technology closer to those who need it. If you're unable to attend our event but would still like to support the appeal, we would be incredibly grateful for your contribution.

Together, we hope to raise £1,000 and help ensure more local patients can benefit from the very best cancer treatment available.
