To celebrate my 60th birthday, I am trekking through the Himalayas for the Sonic Adventure Nepal. My goal is to raise funds for the Girls' Empowerment Programme, which provides education and training to young women across Nepal. They need funds to help complete their Empowerment Centre in Devchuli.

Having spent much of the last 20 years in Asia, I’ve seen firsthand how important this work is. I'm personally covering the cost of the trip and raising my own sponsorship, so every pound donated will go directly towards helping create opportunities for girls and young women who need them most.
