Beacon of Peace was founded to serve humanity without regard to colour, creed, nationality, or race. Our mission is to alleviate suffering, assist those in need, foster community cohesion, support humanitarian initiatives, bring people together, enhance understanding, and promote peace among people from all walks of life.

Beacon of Peace is an initiative of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Elders Association, part of the UK’s oldest established Muslim community. Originally known as Charity Walk For Peace (CWFP), the name and branding were updated in 2024 to Beacon of Peace (BoP) to reflect the expanded scope of fundraising events beyond charity walks and to illustrate a broader horizon of reach and global humanitarian projects.

I will participate in an event to raise funds for SEN TALK CIC, a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving inclusion for young people with special educational needs. SEN TALK CIC is committed to addressing the service and knowledge gaps often hindering inclusion. As a lived-experience organisation led by neurodivergent leaders and peers, we are uniquely positioned to drive meaningful change. Our goal is to significantly reduce the adverse outcomes disproportionately faced by autistic children and young people with ADHD, providing them with exceptional opportunities to develop skills, enhance well-being, and foster a genuine sense of belonging within the community.
