Alex Lavan, George Taplin and Sam Shah (Team Ansvar) are cycling 55 miles from London to Brighton for Team Domenica.

The route starts off ok with level, quiet roads before the challenge of tackling Ditchling Beacon – a mile long climb to the top of the South Downs.
