I'm raising money for a wonderful cause that is close to my heart, "Al's Pals", a cancer charity based in Milton Keynes. As many of you know, not only do I volunteer every week at the Cancer Hospital In Milton Keynes , I am also Chair of the Trustees for the Charity. It is an absolute joy to play a small part in the work that Al's Pals does.

The charity provides invaluable support to patients and their families in Beds, Bucks, and Northants during some of their most challenging times. Every day, countless individuals face the daunting journey of battling cancer. They need not only medical assistance but also emotional support and resources to help them navigate this difficult path. The Team at Al's Pals is dedicated to ensuring that no one has to face this journey alone.

On July 19, 2025, I will be participating in the "Cotswolds Mighty Hike", a a charity walk of 13 miles that aims to raise awareness and funds for this and other incredible charities. My target is to raise £500 for Al's Pals. Your generous contributions will directly impact the lives of those affected by cancer, providing them with the care and support they desperately need.
