Story

Hi, I’m Aoife O’Haire, and I’m super excited to be running the London Marathon in 2026 to raise money for NFRSA, a charity that supports retired service animals.

I’ve always grown up around police dogs due to my dad being a dog handler and these dogs are wonderful to be around. When they reach retirement after their years of working, this is where NFSRA takes action. They promote care and well being for the dogs by covering medical and veterinary bills and other additional events. My retired police dogs Orla, Marley and Indy are all cared for by NFRSA and I am extremely grateful so would love to give back!

I’m aiming to raise £2,500 to support their incredible work. It’s all about making sure these dogs get the care they need and continue to live happy, healthy lives.

I’d be so grateful for any support. Whether you can donate or just share this page, it all makes a difference !
