We are a non judgemental charity. We serve 250-300 hot meals a day, 365 days a year. We also provide clothing and bathroom facilities. We are 100% volunteer led & we receive no government funding. We rely on the generosity of the public to be able to support those less fortunate than ourselves.

Story

Hi guys!

This year I am modelling for St Chad’s College Charity Fashion Show! Last year we raised £15,900 for charity and this year we are aiming for a total of £18,000!!!

To fundraise, I am running 5km a day for 50 consecutive days! Starting at the end of April and ending just before the fashion show (the 17th of June). As if that wasn't exciting enough, after the fashion show has taken place, I will randomly select someone who has given £10 or more and offer them the opportunity to not only cut my hair but also dye it a colour of their choice!

This year, SCCCFS is supporting The People’s Kitchen Newcastle, an incredible charity that provides food, clothing, and essential support to people experiencing homelessness and hardship in the Newcastle area.

The People’s Kitchen has been a lifeline for vulnerable people in Newcastle since 1985. They also support people as they move into their first home, providing food, furniture, and bedding

to help them settle. But more than that, The People's Kitchen is a constant source of friendship and support, helping people find stability in the most difficult circumstances. Entirely run by volunteers, they serve over 250 meals every day, 365 days a year!

Any donation that you give will make a difference in helping this great charity continue its vital work. Thank you for any support that you may give!
