Since losing our baby girl Mila in August 2024, TyHafan have been the main lifeline of support for My Family and I.

my plan is to raise awareness and hopefully some funds for this incredible place, to allow them to continue to support families going through the most heart breaking of challenges.

I intend to complete a series of physical challenges over the next 2 years, in the lead up to an attempt of IronMan Wales 2027, these activities will include.

Porthcawl 10k, Carten 100 25/26, Cardiff half marathon 2025, Merthyr half marathon 2026, Newport Marathon 2026, Swansea Ironman 70.3 2026, Long Course Wales 2026 to name but a few.

hopefully this will allow me to hit my target of £2'500 for TyHafan and keep the memory of our beautiful little girl burning bright.
