Avalon Planning & Heritage are proud to be taking part in the Michelmores 5k Charity Run on Thursday 12 September 2024, raising money for FearFree.

This amazing charity works to break the cycle of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking across the southwest, supporting over 10,000 adults and children a year.

Donations to the charity enable these invaluable services to continue to be completely free of charge, as well as helping them to fund successful perpetrator programmes and raise awareness of the signs of abuse within schools and colleges.
