Avalon Planning & Heritage are proud to be back taking part in the Michelmores 5k Charity Run on Thursday 11th September 2025, raising money for FearFree.

This amazing charity works to break the cycle of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking across the southwest, supporting over 10,000 adults and children a year.

Donations to the charity enable these invaluable services to continue to be completely free of charge, as well as helping them to fund successful perpetrator programmes and raise awareness of the signs of abuse within schools and colleges. £30 could purchase a simple smartphone to enable a victim to make safe contact with the charity's services, whilst £100 could train a Volunteer Befriender who provides weekly mentoring support to people overcoming the trauma of abuse.
