The Hyrox Treble!!

Alex will be taking on the hyrox SOLO

then DOUBLES with me as his partner that cant run!!!

.......then the RELAY with my sister Esther, my niece Elise and my brother in law Terry.....they have never even trained for hyrox!!!

With only 4 weeks to squeeze in a little training , this is a massive challenge for all of us but with husband Alex competing in all 3 BACK TO BACK is CRAZY!!!

Please remember how much of a strong girl Brooke was and how much of a fighter she was.......this is what will get us through this tough competition 💜 .....all for Brooke 💜
