On Saturday 14th March 2026, I'll be joining hundreds of guys across the community to support our local hospice service, Sidmouth Hospice at Home.

I have seen first-hand the fantastic work done by this hospice service who cared for a friend. I am very happy to participate and hopefully raise some additional funds.

The Sidmouth RFC Men's Rugby Ramble aims to raise awareness and funds for the hospice service, who provide specialist end of life care to our community members in the comfort of their own homes, enabling them to feel safe and to be surrounded by those they love most.

Whilst it represents excellent value in every way, in the coming year it will cost more than £1million to care for our community, and since it's a service funded entirely by donations alone, every penny and pound makes a difference.

The Ramble also offers the chance for participants to walk in memory of loved ones lost, in support of those facing life limiting diagnosis now, and to support the hospice service so it's there for those in need in the future. It also enables guys to connect with old friends and make new ones. It's pretty special.
