Story

Hi everyone, Beau and Ant here.

We are both partaking in the Great North Run 2024.

This will be in memory of our beloved friend Lewis.

Lewis was a keen BMX rider, he loved the outdoors and taking regular trips to the Lake District in his Van.

Lewis was an amazing friend, brother, son and godfather to Ant’s Ayda. He spread joy with his infectious smile and personality. We all loved him for who he was and the memories he has left us.

Sadly Lewis had suffered with his mental health and went through his own battles.

This is why we have both taken the step to partake in running The Great North Run. We know Lewis would be laughing away at us doing this, but we want to carry his memory and show everyone the amazing person he was. We all miss him very much and know he would be proud of us doing this for him.

”To us you were someone special, someone set apart, your memory will live forever, engraved within our hearts”
