Story
From the 3rd to 30th of November, I am committing to moving 27km for a change in the way we speak about mental ill health, and for the 27% of women who have been told that their genuine mental health concerns could be 'just hormones'.
The funds I raise through my challenge will go directly towards Be Free Campaign's early intervention and prevention work.
Be Free Campaign are a youth-led mental health charity providing evidence-based, culturally-informed support to young people aged 11–25.
At Be Free Campaign, they believe mental health support should be early, accessible, and shaped by those with lived experience.
They deliver preventive programmes, early intervention counselling, and mental health education for schools and communities, while campaigning for a fairer, more inclusive mental health system across the UK.
