Blenheim Palace Triathlon 2026 · 6 June 2026 to 7 June 2026 ·

Since 1989, Elmore has supported people with mental health challenges and complex needs across the Thames Valley. Through personalised, trauma-informed support, we help people overcome barriers, build confidence and look to the future with hope. Your donations can help us reach even more people.

Story

"Thank you for being there when my world was so scary. Thank you for being my safe space and making all the big things feel a little smaller. Thank you for getting me through it."

This is from a letter to an Elmore Case Worker. In my 3 years as a trustee, I've been privileged to see so many more examples of people in complex, horrible situations turning their lives around with the dedicated, creative support of Elmore workers.

There are more people than ever desperate for this support yet costs have risen much faster than funding.

That's why I've signed up for my first ever Triathlon - to try and make a small contribution. I've never done anything like this before and I'll be delighted if I finish.

Please don't donate if you can't afford to, but if you can, I and Elmore would be very grateful for whatever you can spare.
