Story

In June 2024, I will be participating in the 10 in 10 Challenge to raise money for the MS Society.

This cause is close to my heart as I have seen firsthand the devastating effects of this illness.

Anyone who knows Fiona knows what her late father 'Jim Bob' had to endure for the majority of his life with this awful illness!!!

I will be running this route in memory of James Mooney aka Jimbob 💙🏃🏻‍♂️

The challenge involves me running TEN Lake District fell tops in just TEN hours or less! It won't be easy, but it's nothing compared to what those with MS go through every day. That's why I'm asking for your help to reach our target of £500 GBP. Even the smallest contribution can make a big difference. Let's come together and support this worthy cause.

The 10 in 10 and Family 5 in 5 Challenge was created by Yvonne Booth in response to her husband Duncan's diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis at just 39 years old. As a wife and mother of three sons, she wanted to do something positive and help raise money for research into this cruel illness. Their website https://www.10in10.org.uk/ provides a detailed account of their great work.

Join me in celebrating this event by donating through my Just Giving Page. Glencoe Guest House in Keswick will also be donating money raised from their cake sales towards this fundraising challenge 🍰🧁 Thank you for your support! #10in10
