Thanks for supporting my fundraising. Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.

My dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer in late 2022 and treated in 2023 and thankfully is now finished with his treatment. Throughout the process and to this day he talks about what amazing support he received from Macmillan. They answered every question he had and offered him reassurance and insights based on their wealth of experience and so I have been trying to give something back to them.

In 2024 I have walked nearly 200km in various challenges and raised hundreds of pounds for charity. I'm proud to say I inspired my dad to start doing these challenges with me and he joined me on three of them and walked 100km (including 50km in under 12 hours!) and for the 2025 Winter Walk we have convinced my sister, my brother and his girlfriend to join us in walking the marathon.
