On the 6th July the Cycle4Good team are leading a group of intrepid cyclists across England and Holland in aid of the Thames Valley Air Ambulance.

Averaging over 100k a day for three days it's ride worth of a bit of fundraising and awareness raising!

It's a very special charity who were there for a family member when they really needed it.
