Ben’s mum, Michelle, has been volunteering for Childline for the past 11 years, and we’d love to use this opportunity to support the incredible work she and the organisation do for young people across the UK.

Childline is a free, confidential support service for children and young people, available 24/7 by phone and online. It provides a safe and trusted space where young people can talk about anything that’s worrying them — from bullying and family problems to abuse and mental health struggles.

As a trained counsellor, Michelle spends her time listening without judgement and helping young people feel heard, supported, and less alone during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.
