Your presence at our wedding is already the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to give something, it would mean the world to us if you considered making a small donation to our chosen charities ChildLine and Retina UK.

This cause is especially close to our hearts, as Ben’s mum, Michelle, has been volunteering for ChildLine for the past 11 years, and we’d love to use this opportunity to support the incredible work she and the organisation do for young people across the UK.

ChildLine is a free, confidential support service for children and young people, available 24/7 by phone and online. It provides a safe and trusted space where young people can talk about anything that’s worrying them — from bullying and family problems to abuse and mental health struggles.

As a trained counsellor, Michelle spends her time listening without judgement and helping young people feel heard, supported, and less alone during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

As for Retina UK, Fye and her dad have both been diagnosed with this condition. Founded in 1976 as the Retinitis Pigmentosa Society, the charity has spent decades funding vital research and supporting families affected by Retinitis Pigmentosa and other inherited retinal conditions.

Supporting this charity gives hope that one day there will be treatments—and ultimately a cure—for people living with Retinitis Pigmentosa.
