Right at Home, Croydon to Caterham are delighted to be hosting The Big Green Picnic in partnership with Rokewood Court Care Home, bringing together residents, families, friends, and our local community for an afternoon of fun, friendship, and fundraising.

Every donation will help support our charity partner, Dementia Adventure, whose incredible work enables people living with dementia and their carers to enjoy supported holidays and nature-based experiences that improve wellbeing, reduce isolation, and create lasting memories.
