Right at Home x Dementia Adventure

Across the UK, Right at Home offices, clients, families and local communities are coming together to raise funds for Dementia Adventure through picnics, community events and personal challenges.

Together, we’re helping people living with dementia and their carers stay connected to the things that matter most - nature, adventure, friendship and meaningful time together.

Too often, dementia can lead to isolation and a loss of confidence, both for the person living with dementia and those supporting them. Dementia Adventure believes that with the right support, people can continue to enjoy active, fulfilling lives and create new memories together.

Funds raised through this campaign will help provide:

- Supported holidays for people living with dementia and their carers

- Green Letter Days — inclusive days out that bring people together through shared experiences

- Opportunities for carers to rest, reconnect and feel supported

- Dementia training and guidance for families, communities and organisations

- Financial support so more people can access these experiences, regardless of circumstance

- Every donation helps create more opportunities for connection, confidence and joy.
