Story
I’m raising funds to support the vital work of International Aid Charity UK in delivering urgent humanitarian aid to families in Gaza. All proceeds will go towards food parcel distribution and water trucking projects, helping provide essential supplies to those facing extreme hardship.
This challenge has taken on even deeper meaning for me following the recent loss of a close family member, Amar Mazhar. I’ll be running this half marathon in his loving memory while continuing to raise support, hope, and aid for Gaza.
I also pray that every donation made will become a source of Isale Thawaab (continuous reward) for brother Amar Mazhar رحمه الله, a means of ongoing charity and benefit in his memory.
The ongoing crisis has left many families without reliable access to food, clean water, and basic necessities. The need for humanitarian support is critical.
Running 13.1 miles is a personal challenge, but it is nothing compared to the daily struggles faced by those living through this crisis. I’m taking on this half marathon not only to push myself physically, but to raise awareness and make a meaningful contribution — helping provide food, clean water, and other essential support.
Every mile I run represents hope, solidarity, and support for vulnerable families. Through International Aid Charity UK, the funds raised will go directly towards delivering life-saving aid to those who need it most.
Even the smallest donation can make a real difference.
Thank you for your support, prayers, and generosity.
