Bing's fundraiser for "Leap For The Lowdown 2025"

he Lowdown is local charity in Northamptonshire a mental health charity providing free, safe, nonjudgemental and confidential mental health and support services for 8-25 year olds. We have supported over 70,000 young people since 1989.
We aim to support every young person with the right help at the right time, empowering them to thrive regardless of ethnicity, gender, religion, ability, sexuality, economic condition or perceived disadvantage.
Our services are designed to enable young people to talk, connect, explore their identity, build confidence, and feel a sense of belonging. We offer a caring environment where young people are always supported on their journey towards positive emotional health and wellbeing.
They currently include Counselling, RE:Start, Drop-ins for Information and Guidance, Mental Health, Sexual Health, and Youth Groups, including Wellbeing and LGBTQ+.
From April 2024 to the end of March 2025 we supported 2304 young people. Through all our services we provided 19,418 support contacts for young people and their families, a 10% increase on the previous year.
