Story
As part of Baby Loss Awareness Week, we are hosting a ribbon display in Birmingham City Centre, located under Utilita Arena walkway on the handrail off the canal outside Mooncat Piano Bar from 9th - 19th October in memory of all babies we have lost, including my sister Lotti born stillborn, but still born.
Loss of a baby or pregnancy is heart-breaking, this is happening to families across the UK everyday. During Baby Loss Awareness Week, we want to create a special display to remember all of the babies lost and we invite you to join us in remembering yours.
If you would like to add a ribbon, please contact me with the baby’s name, a special message or date, and your choice of ribbon colour—pink, white, or blue. A donation isn’t required, but a suggested amount is £5. The link can be found in my bio, and if donating, please leave the details in the JustGiving notes. You are also welcome to add your own ribbon or token. 🤍 Please feel free to visit the display any time. Images of the display will be updated on the Instagram Page @purposefullypetite and my personal social media accounts.
Ribbons will be removed when the display comes to an end on 19th October. If you would like to keep your ribbon, you are welcome to collect it on the 19th, unfortunately we can’t hold onto them after this date. Ribbons will be recycled unless collected or arrangements are made for them to be posted back to you 🩷💙
All money raised will go to @sandscharity who work to save babies lives and support bereaved families.
