Story

Next year I’ll be taking on the Brighton Marathon, my first ever full marathon, alongside two of my brothers and some great work colleagues, all in support of The Child Brain Injury Trust (CBIT).

I only started running properly this year, doing parkruns and the Liverpool Half Marathon, and I’ve loved getting involved in the running community. Running with my son, wife, family and friends has been brilliant and a great way to stay active and spend time together.

The marathon will be a big step up in distance, and I know it won’t be easy, but that’s what makes it worth doing. We’re proud to run for CBIT, who do incredible work supporting children, young people, and families affected by brain injury.

Every donation helps CBIT continue their vital work and will definitely help keep me going through all those training miles.

You can follow my training journey on Strava, which is linked to this page, if you’d like to see how I am getting on!

Thank you so much for your support 🙏
