In May 2024 I will be trekking Everest Base Camp in order to raise funds for the charity 'Heads on'.

In 2019 Abbie Harmes passed away in a tragic car accident. Abbie was only 23 years old at the time & had her whole life ahead of her, she was full of life & never failed to make me smile/laugh whenever I was around her. I saw Abbie as a sister to me along with her older sister Lorretta & when she passed away it left a hole in my heart that will never go away!

This particular charity was very close to both Abbie & her family & I want to continue supporting her legacy by raising money for 'Heads on'! Abbie's mentality was to always help & support others & Heads on is a charity that does just that.

At Heads On they do everything they can to make things better for the people who come to Sussex Partnership for help, by providing funding for special projects, patient and family support, pioneering research and the transformation of local mental health hospitals into more comfortable and welcoming environments.

Any donation towards this fundraiser will help support the charity Heads on & it will mean a lot to both Abbie, her family & I.
