I am walking 85 Miles/136km around the Isle of Man on 22nd June 2024.

In order to complete The Parish Walk, I need to do it in less than 24 hours.

I am not allowed to run, I am not allowed to jog and I am not allowed to wear headphones.

It seems too large an undertaking to not raise some money for charity so I am looking to raise a (revised) minimum of £2,720 - £20 for every gruelling kilometre around an Island I quickly discovered is not flat.

Scott Hutchison, singer in the band Frightened Rabbit, died by suicide in May 2018. Since then, his family have been campaigning to improve mental health amongst children and young people in Scotland.

Tiny Changes (SC049112) aims to further that cause by funding projects and events that support affected people and advance research, and also by raising awareness and influencing policy.

There is a crisis in young people's mental health in Scotland and it is getting worse. The next generation needs your help now.
