One-Eighty is an award-winning charity that has been transforming the lives of children and young people (ages 4–18) for over 12 years. As the only service of its kind in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, it bridges the gap between mental health and education, helping young people re-engage with learning.

This year, the One-Eighty team is running the Blenheim 7K to raise funds for Make Me Smile - a preventative mental health project designed to give young people the tools to manage life’s challenges before they reach crisis point.
