A few weeks ago, my friends and I decided to complete a once in lifetime challenge, as university and work clearly wasn’t enough! In July 2024 our group of 6 will take on swimming the English Channel from Dover to Calais to raise money for an incredible cause - the Aspire charity.

Aspire is dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals facing spinal cord injuries. Their mission revolves around providing practical support, rehabilitation services, and accessible housing to empower those to regain independence and lead fulfilling lives.
