Hello everyone, I'm Cal Ruddy. I'm a Neurodivergent ( Autism and ADHD) Singer/Songwriter based on New Brighton on the Wirral, UK. In November 2024 I decided to stop drinking alcohol after struggling for years with binge drinking which soon developed into Alcohol dependency. Sobriety has transformed my life and I have rekindled my love for songwriting and live performance. My music is a platform to express my feelings about neurodiversity, mental health and sobriety. I strive to make my gigs inclusive events. I'm also a keen runner and a proud member of Birkenhead Park Running Club. Running is an amazing outlet for me and I'm so grateful for all the wonderful friendships I've made on my running journey so far.

I will be running my first ever marathon in Chester on Sunday October the 11th to raise awareness and funds for Alcohol Change to help support people in recovery. We can't change the past but we can build the future. Any donations and shares are greatly appreciated.
