I am pleased to be taking part in the Leeds 10k 2024 run to support the cause of mental health awareness. This year, I am fundraising for the 'Run For All - Leeds 10K 2024 in aid of Leeds Mind' campaign. On the 23rd June, I will be joining other supporters to raise funds for the incredible work done by Mind. I understand the struggles that many individuals face when dealing with their own mental health, and I am deeply passionate about making a difference. It is disheartening to see so many people unable to access the support they need due to limited resources and fear of reaching out.

My primary goal is to contribute as much as possible to this cause, and any donations, whether big or small, would be immensely appreciated.
