South Coast Ultra Challenge 2024 · 7 September 2024 ·

Campaign by Gloucester Rugby Foundation (RCN 1165303)
Recognising the unique challenges MND presents, the 4ED Foundation provides vital financial resources to enhance the quality of life for those affected by MND, proactively supporting those adapting to ever-changing circumstances.

Story

On 7th September 2024, I will be attempting to complete the South Coast Ultra Challenge, travelling 100km in 24 hours.

I will be raising money for 4Ed:

In July 2022 Gloucester Rugby player Ed Slater announced his diagnosis with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and thus the 4Ed campaign was created to raise awareness and funds in support of Ed and his family’s battle with the disease. What followed was an outpouring of support, generosity, and kindness from the rugby family across the globe.

By supporting this fundraiser you will be directly helping hundreds of families living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in Gloucestershire to access urgent financial and psychological support from the Gloucester Rugby Foundation, allowing them to concentrate on the important things without the new pressures in front of them.

Thank you for your kindness in raising awareness and funds 4Ed and the families of Gloucestershire.
