I am running various races this year in aid of MND Scotland.
I am taking on the Scottish Half Marathon for the Anne Rowling Clinic.

It is up to you what charity you would like to support! The aim will be to cover the distance of at least 75 miles this year in challenges!

These causes are so close to my heart as I have seen the catastrophic impact Neurological disease has on the individual and their family and friends. MND for example affects an individuals ability to do everyday tasks that we very much take for granted such as to be able to speak, dress, drink and eat and to be able to simply breathe. Life expectancy after diagnosis is sadly only 2 years.
That's why I would like to keep my 8 year effort for MND and general Neurodegenerative disease fundraising going. Please support me in doing so by giving as much as you can to my Just giving page
