Story
Franki & Zoe are swapping scrums for steering wheels and taking on the adventure of a lifetime - all to raise money for Wooden Spoon, the children's charity of rugby.
In October 2026, we'll be driving a tiny Indian-made tuk tuk over 900km across Cambodia as part of the Cambodia Tuk Tuk Challenge.
We're covering the costs of taking part ourselves, meaning every penny you donate goes directly to Wooden Spoon and the incredible work they do supporting vulnerable children and young people.
As rugby teammates, supporting Wooden Spoon is something we're incredibly proud to do. The charity positively transforms the lives of disabled and disadvantaged children and young people across the UK and Ireland through the power of rugby, funding life-changing projects that help them build confidence, improve wellbeing and access opportunities they might not otherwise have.
Our journey won't be easy. We'll be navigating Cambodia's rugged roads, dodging potholes, tackling surprise challenges, solving puzzles, hiking, and almost certainly getting lost at least once! Every day will test our teamwork, resilience and sense of humour - but that's all part of the adventure.
By sponsoring us, you're helping Wooden Spoon continue to fund projects that make a real difference to children and young people who need it most.
Every donation, no matter the size, will have a lasting impact, and we'll be thinking of everyone who has supported us every mile of the way.
Thank you for backing The Fast & The Forward and helping us make every mile count!
Franki and Zoe x
