I've signed up for the Craggy Island Triathlon on Kerrera this year and have decided to raise money for Home Start - Lorn who help support young families in Oban, Mull and the surrounding area. Having personally received some excellent support from this wonderful, local charity, I now want to do something for them.

The picture above is from last year, which sums up how hard it is going to be! I will battle my way through a 600m open water swim in the sound of Kerrera followed by a muddy 16km bike ride across sheep and 4WD tracks before attempting to run and scramble 8 kilometres through mud, bracken and up hills very steep hills!

Please help me raise some money for this fantastic charity.
