We're fundraising for Guide Dogs – our Charity of the Year!

At Cardiff Bus, we're proud to support a cause that makes a real difference in our local community. This year, we've partnered with Guide Dogs, an incredible organisation that helps people with sight loss live independent, fulfilling lives.

Guide dogs don't just provide mobility—they bring freedom, confidence, and companionship. But training and supporting a guide dog is a long and expensive process, and that's where we come in.

Throughout the year, our team will be taking part in fundraising activities to help raise vital funds. Every donation, big or small, will go directly to supporting guide dogs—helping to change lives for the better.

Almost two million people in the UK are living with sight loss that has a significant impact on their daily lives. Of those, around 180,000 rarely leave their homes alone and lead lonely, isolated lives.

Guide Dogs works for a world where people with sight loss are never left out of life, for a world where being blind or partially sighted is not what defines you. A world with enough support to make the challenges of sight loss no barrier to fulfilling hopes and dreams.
