Story
Some of you may know that our dad Don Stables was critically ill in July this year.
He was admitted to the Critical Care Unit at the Royal Preston Hospital for a few days, specifically to the Bluebell Unit in Critical Care.
The care that dad received was second to none. The staff were fantastic as was the care our dad received. They not only saved our dad’s life but supported us as a family through this awful time.
Thankfully our dad survived and is now recovering at home.
We want to show the Critical Care Unit how amazing they are in providing the expert care to critically ill patients day in and day out.
So we thought let’s walk to get fit and raise money by walking 100km in the month of September.
If you can donate only a small amount it all helps xxx
Thanks
