The National Church Residences Caregiver Support Fund provides specially trained helper to families caring for a loved one on hospice at home, helping to alleviate caregiver burnout and prevent caregiver crisis.

After having my Dad in hospice, we quickly realized the caregiver fatigue my Mom experienced as his primary caregiver. As much as we all wanted to be there to take care of Dad's needs, it was hard. Caregivers need to take care of themselves as much as their loved ones. Because of this program, a private duty aide can be provided for free to families in need.
