I'm turning 50 and so is NASS! NASS have supported me so much in my journey with the spinal disease Ankylosing Spondylitis, also known as Axial Spondyloarthritis (AxSpA). They are the only UK charity dedicated to supporting fellow patients with this awful disease and do really incredible work. NASS is also coincidentally celebrating its 50th birthday! For my special milestone birthday I'd be so grateful if you could make a birthday donation to help NASS continue their crucial work.
