I am cycling the length of South America for Pedall, New Forest Inclusive Cycling

My dream has been to cycle the length of South America and in 2019 my partner Noel and I pedaled through Peru, Bolivia and Chile. I am resuming this journey by starting in Cartagena (North Colombian Coast) on June 28th 2026, arriving back in Lima by August 26th. I am joining a group with support vehicle this time but will be covering over 5,000kms and a total height gain of over 70,000m. Most days are 100km cycle rides and then collapsing into my tent to start another day (47 cycle days in total).

This is a dream of mine and through my volunteering with Pedall, I realise how much this amazing Charity helps so many fulfil their dreams to try cycling or return to cycling, and experience the New Forest beauty and fresh air at their own pace.
