This autumn, I’ll be igniting my bravery and walking barefoot over hot coals to raise vital funds for St John Ambulance Cymru, the first aid charity for Wales.

Established in 1918, St John Ambulance Cymru's mission is to save lives and enhance the health and wellbeing of Welsh communities. Supported by nearly 2,600 volunteers, they deliver frontline services and vital support to our emergency services when they need us most.
